Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bonnie websites, products, software, APIs, automations, communications, and related services. By accessing or using Bonnie, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Bonnie on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Bonnie. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are unauthorized, insecure, or used in violation of these Terms.

Services and AI Output

Bonnie may use artificial intelligence, automation, and third-party model providers to generate suggestions, content, code, analyses, summaries, or other outputs. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unavailable, or unsuitable for your particular use case.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising independent judgment before using them, especially for legal, financial, medical, employment, compliance, security, or other high-impact decisions.

Your Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the prompts, files, data, and other content you submit to Bonnie, subject to any rights granted in these Terms and any third-party rights that apply to your content.

You grant Bonnie a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

As between you and Bonnie, and to the extent permitted by law and any applicable third-party terms, you own the outputs generated specifically for you from your content. This does not affect Bonnie intellectual property, underlying models, system prompts, software, or other technology used to provide the services.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Bonnie in ways that are unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or that interfere with the service or others.

  • Upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Use Bonnie to develop or distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or systems intended to evade security, safety, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, prompts, credentials, or non-public data from Bonnie or its providers, except where law expressly permits it.
  • Use Bonnie or its outputs as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect a person’s rights, safety, employment, housing, credit, education, healthcare, or legal status without meaningful human review.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created where disclosure is required by law, contract, or platform policy.

Third-Party Services and Paid Features

Bonnie may integrate with third-party services, websites, software, or infrastructure. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and policies, and Bonnie is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Some Bonnie features may require a paid subscription, order form, statement of work, or separate commercial agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial agreement, the signed agreement controls for the covered services.

Feedback, Suspension, and Termination

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Bonnie, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used Bonnie in a way that could harm Bonnie, its users, or third parties.

You may stop using Bonnie at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Bonnie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Bonnie disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonnie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonnie’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid Bonnie for the applicable services in the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and revise the Last Updated date above. Your continued use of Bonnie after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
